Refunds

Contact the fulfillment vendor to receive your refund. Refer to the email you received with the unlock code information to determine who was your vendor, and then follow the support links above. The FunnyPcGames, LLC cannot directly issue you a refund!

How to buy with PayPal from our partner Big Fish Games:

1) Sign in to your PayPal account.
2) Click on the “Send Money” option.
3) Fill out the following information.

Amount: Pricing can be found on the “Buy link” of the product you wish to order - do not forget to ad the additional $9.95 S&H, if you want the CD as well as the download.
Type: Goods (other).

Subject: Enter the name of the exact product you want. Be sure to use the full name such as “Mahjongg Towers - Download and CD”. Please include PC or MAC platform with your submission.
Be sure to include shipping address on the confirmation page if you order a CD product.

Please be aware that PayPal purchases are not immediate. These are fulfilled manually and you will receive your order 1-7 days after you order dependent on processing.

You will receive an email with a coupon code to unlock the game within a week.

Updating Directx

If you experience any lockups or crashes, make sure that you have the latest DirectX drivers for your video and audio hardware. Most problems can be fixed by installing DirectX 9 but some manufactures have newer drivers than those included with DirectX 9. Be sure to contact the specific manufacture for your hardware for the latest drivers. Also be sure to reboot your computer before playing after a crash. Often times, without a reboot, the problem may lie in memory and will occur again.

How to Play Free Trials

To play a free trial game download the game by clicking on the “download ‘gamename’” link on the game page. Install the game by clicking “open” or “run” and then following the instructions. The game will typically have an icon to run on the desktop after it is installed, double click on that icon to play the game.

How to Buy a Game

All of the games for download have built-in order forms you may use to buy a game. To use this order form, download and install the game first and then load the game. The first screen you will see is the order form screen. Filling out this information will unlock unlimited playtime by giving you an unlock serial you enter. This usually costs $20 but sometimes there are games for less.

Another way you can buy a game is if there is a link “buy this game now” on the page. This lets you buy the game without downloading it first. Often you can get a discount if you buy more than one game this way.

PayPal is accepted from games downloaded through Reflexive and through an email process with Big Fish Games, but not PlayFirst.
Check or Money Order payment is available for games downloaded through Reflexive and Big Fish Games, but not PlayFirst.
